Students Volunteer at The Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run
Several Phelps students recently volunteered at The Arthritis Foundation's "Jingle Bell Run." The volunteer coordinator was so happy with our boys, she sent us a special note!
Dear Mrs. Postus,
Thank you very much for volunteering your day with us yesterday! Jingle Bell Run was a great success with over 800 participants, 100 volunteers and we raised around $100,000.00 for Arthritis Research, Programs and Servies!
I hope you will pass the message on to the young men that assisted yesterday that I am grateful. The young man who wore the mascot uniform deserves a round of applause. He did an excellent job! I hope the young men had a good experience with us and they will consider volunteering with us again next year.
I am grateful for your help. Jingle Bell Run was successful because of amazing volunteers like yourself!
