Kyle Vinales, 2011 Phelps graduate and freshman at Central Connecticut State,
scored 39 points in Monday's basketball game at Niagara. Those 39 points are the most in a game by a freshman in Blue Devils history and the fourth-best single game total regardless. His 29 points in the first half were a school record.
