Dropping off and Picking up procedures:
When picking up your campers, please be prepared to show us The Phelps School registration form. This is to ensure the safety of all participants in the program. All drop-off and pick-up will be conducted in front of the student center.

Children not picked up at the end of the camp day will be placed in our Late Parent program located. A $10 late fee will be charged for the first 15 minutes after the end of camp and $1 for every minute after. We understand that certain situations arise that will cause you to be late if this happens please call the directors phone.
