The National Gallery of Art, located in Washington, D.C., recently donated books to The Phelps School Art Department.  Craig MacFarlane (father of Phelps Athletic Director, Todd MacFarlane) is the Facility Manager at the National Gallery of Art and was pleased to donate several books to Phelps Art Department Head, Ron Smith, and hopefully provide some new ideas and inspiration to The Phelps School art students.
